Dinah started her career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen before becoming a private equity investor and partner at Argos Soditic, a mid cap LBO specialist. After 13 years in finance, her passion for commerce and management drove her to completely shift her career to retail. She managed several brands and networks, notably at Toutcomptefait (childrenswear), Rodier (womenswear), Claudie Pierlot, Sandro and Maje (contemporary fashion) and Vilebrequin (luxury swimwear).
She experienced restructuring, fast track expansion, retail optimization, brand repositioning... always bringing with her the energy to improve, change, and upgrade and always creating strong and dynamic teams.
Dinah graduated from ESCP and holds an executive MBA from HEC.

A business developer with strong digital marketing and tech background, Maxime started at Google (London) 2012/2014 as Social ads lead, then took part in the European launch of Houzz ($600M raised, $5B valuation) in 2014/2015 as industry marketing lead and started his own business in the music industry. In early 2017, he took over the US expansion of a Emma & Chloe, distributing designer Jewelry both on and offline (subscription boxes, ecommerce, retail and wholesale). He is a talented project developer and manager and a passionate sustainability advocate.
Fashion and Music
A graduate of Parsons School of Design New York, Rebecca is a passionate analyst, with a strong knowledge in Fashion, merchandising, Gen Z trends and social media.
She also brings expertise in live events, festivals and the business of music and artists more generally.
Rebecca is also a digital and animation designer.
Retail and Real Estate
20 years managing luxury and contemporary retail networks and brands, at Gucci, Giorgio Armani, Escada, Tom Ford and Maje. Doug is a reference for best in class luxury customer service and clienteling. He builds and grows passionate teams across functions including marketing, retail and merchandising, with an exceptional talent.
He is also a licensed real estate broker, and an expert for both commercial and residential transactions.
